The Registration Form must be completed and returned along with needed documents, which are:
Foto copy of a birth certificate,
Foto copy of Kartu Keluarga,
Foto copy of KTP of both parents,
Passport photograph (2pcs) of a student.
The student will have an observation process (based on Academic, General Knowledge & Socio-Emotional),
