Teachers’ Exchange Program between MHIS Bintaro and MHIS Bangka. The first batch is primary teachers Ms. Ayu and Ms. Diana. For one week, they were staying and immersing in MHIS Bintaro and had many sharing sessions with teachers, R&D, and Principal.

Starting from the Phonic session with the Expatriate Teacher, class management and sharing session with the Principal, they also discussed further how to apply the Cambridge curriculum to stimulate 4C skills. They also learned and observed how to conduct STEM Fair, and more importantly to enhance their communication skill with parents.

They obtained a lot of new knowledge and ideas through this exchange program. This program will be a yearly school program, as right now we have Ms. Fatma joining the Preschool MHIS Bintaro. Our goal is for teachers to learn and grow together for continuous improvement in providing the best education for our students.
